Eurolite comes out with hypnotizing effects with light rings

Waldbüttelbrunn, Match 22nd 2017: In the run-up to Prolight&Sound 2017, the brand Eurolite brings new LED moving heads with compact dimensions and amazing effects to the market: The devices with the melodious name “Hypno” captivate viewers with luminous rings.

It’s all in the name

The name predicts the characteristics of these moving heads: LED rings, which are arranged around the lense, create hypnotizing effects in bright colors, while a light beam comes out of their center.

Two versions

At the moment, there are two versions of the Hypno, which, despite their similar looks, differ in their composition: The spot version is equipped with a powerful, white 30 W COB LED; you can modify the projection by using color wheels and gobos. Around the lense, three LED rings with a total of 76 RGB SMD LEDs have been arranged.

The second version owns a 60 W COB LED in RGBW colors, which creates a vividly colored beam. Around this, four LED rings with a total of 88 RGB SMD LEDs are at your disposal. You can control the LED rings completely individually on both devices. The moving heads can be controlled via DMX or operated in stand alone mode.

Compact and lightweight

Despite their impressive effect and their assertive light power, the dimensions of the Hypnos are manageable: Both versions are only 35 cm high and weigh only 5 kg. This makes them excellent for mobile use; solo entertainers or smaller bands are well equipped with these devices. Even when installed in clubs, the Hypnos perform perfectly.

Omnitronic publishes redesigned version of popular rotary mixer

TRM-202 MK3 will be presented at Prolight+Sound 2017

Waldbüttelbrunn, March 17th 2017: Just in time for the Prolight+Sound, Omnitronic presents a redesigned version of the popular TRM-202 rotary mixer. As its predecessor, the MK3 model is equipped with ALPS potentiometers and a 3-band frequency isolator. The high quality components provide for attractive sound and smooth transitions – a feature, which is particularly interesting for DJs and fans of electronic music.

The mixer has been redesigned and optimized.

Compared to the previous model, the TRM-202 got a new face. It is less squarish and more rectangular. The sides have moved closer together, the height increased a little bit: The design has been streamlined and became clearer. The two channels are now clearly separated and their potentiometers have wandered to the left and right. Master and booth regulators are placed in the center. Besides them, two level meters for the master signal can be found – they were placed horizontally at the upper edge before.

The technical insides have also changed: While the MK2 version featured three inputs for every channel, there are now only two inputs – which can be switched from Phono to Line. Each channel has its own gain regulator at the back side – they were not existing on the previous model. What remained untouched are the big frequency isolators for the master section at the top. Completely new is the optionally available case, which perfectly protects the TRM on the road.

Also the technology has been optimized.

Connections

In terms of prices, Omnitronic remains true to itself: The MK3 version of the rotary mixer is in the same price range as its predecessor with 535 €. The TRM-202 MK3 will be presented for the first time at the Prolight+Sound 2017 in April 2017. The mixer will presumably be available in summer 2017.
