MADRIX 2.9 is released

Only three month are gone and the deployment of “LED Lighting Control” software MADRIX has published a new version.

Of course the boys took all the requests, controversies and error messages of the users to heart and put as most as possible into the new version.

And in spite of the big amount of the release note of this update is, as we are used to, for free.

MADRIX 2.8 will be officially launched at Prolight + Sound 2010. The upcoming version of the LED control software includes plenty of brand new features.

Two fresh and creative effects called “SCE Metaballs” and “SCE Drops” as well as the much-improved Sound2Light effect “S2L Equalizer” extend the possibilities to amaze every audience. In addition, reorganizing effects by using drag & drop is now easily possible.

Combining effects was greatly enhanced by adding new features to layers, such as Copy, Paste, and Insert. This represents the professional and reliable performance of MADRIX combined with its ease of use.

The Patch was completely rebuild and is as user-friendly and fast as never before. And it now offers an advanced range of functions. Moreover, the DMX Watcher and the DMX Fader Tool—two very useful tools—highly increase productivity and simplify working with LED installations.

EUROLITE LED Soft Displays

They were the real hit in London: the new, flexible LED curtains from Eurolite. The large crowd at Steinigke booth was obtain to the especially unique systems that know not only because of the excellent price / performance ratio.

In contrast to rigid LED panels the curtains have, available in a pixel pitch of 20 – 100 mm, significant advantages. Since they can be rolled up, they are transported very compact. In addition, the low weight of the assembly considerably easier.

As the curtains have different pixel spacings, also recommend different uses. Spacings from 100 mm to 37.5 mm you can use for graphic applications such as animations and backdrops. Representations in high quality you have to use the 20 mm version. To control is recommended to MADRIX software, which is also marketed by Steinigke.
