Spam alert! WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR MYSTERY SHOPPERS!

July 7th, 2011 Posted in General

At the moment somebody is using our name to send e-mails offering jobs as mystery shopper in our company.

Neither does the company mentioned in the e-mails work on the behalf of Steinigke Showtechnic GmbH, nor on behalf of one of our brands. We are not responsible for forwarding the e-mails and technically we are not able to stop them!

Please ignore the incoming e-mails! Do not send your vita to the respective address! The addresses for the delivery do not have their origin in our company. Further initiatives  for the protection of persons concerned have been taken.

Criticism can help!

Steinigke Cases

Development in the field of cases is not as fast as in other areas. But we can change things together…

For cases, technical changes don’t come this fast as within the fields of light or audio. That is why our ears are always open for any ideas for improvements – as they have been so far. We want to show you some examples how we implement your ideas. By the way, improvements do not have to be followed by price rise – we keep an eye on that.

So, how do developments in collaboration with our customers work? Once there had been a customer who said he would prefer different wood than MDF. We analyzed for what kind of cases this was possible and what quality benefits customers could expect. Finally we have been able to change the MDF to multilayered plywood without raising the prices.

Recently, some customers have advised us that our butterfly locks frayed quite quickly. We proofed whether this was true, we found a failure in the phase of design and we fixed the problem. All new cases have been equipped with the improved locks.

We are glad when you share your individual experiences with us. With this additional input we can work out the best for all. Do you have any remarks or ideas? Just let us know and please write to our specialist Erwin Jenuwein (erwin.jenuwein@steinigke.de). We are looking forward to a fruitful collaboration.

Madrix V2.12

Control our LSD curtains or the Pixel Mesh even more flexible now – MADRIX update V2.12 makes it possible.

It’s surely the most important innovation to all controlling LEDs via MADRIX: the latest version features a DVI Patch. But what does that mean for you as user? Quite simple: even more possibilities, more freedom, more creativity. So far, only DMX fixtures could have been positioned and addressed – for DVI devices this was considerably more complicated and sometimes impossible. Due to the DVI Patch times are changing. Now, LEDs can be installed more flexible, including rotation and mirroring. Read more »

Saveking

Don’t make compromises when it comes to installations – trust in safety bonds from Saveking with integrated drop damping.

No one wants to prefigure what might happen when heavy devices fall down from trussings for example. Especially when spots, moving heads or the like are hanging over peoples’ heads the imagination is even more painful. To counteract such scenarios producers worldwide sell safety bonds. And Steinigke can offer a very special one. Read more »

Steinigke Shop

New design, new navigation, improved search function: The presentation of Steinigke’s redesigned online platform www.steinigke.com which has been presented at prolight+sound on April 7th is a benefit for all future visitors.

Managing Director Bernd Steinigke called it another important step to the future. The guests at the booth in Frankfurt applauded – the successful change of the shop system was celebrated. For good reason, since this ambitious project has required a bunch of commitment of all involved in the last 8 months.

The project had two main aims. On the one hand, the usability for users should be significantly improved. Through a horizontal layout of the navigation section, the extensive product description, the small number of paging and the simplified search function including an auto suggest function the usability has been optimized.
