Let’s start with the conclusion: The exhibition becomes better from one year to the other. One reason therefore is surely the experience, which the organizers could gain over the last three years. The arrangement of the space has been optimized and the building up has been made easier for the manufacturers.

Another reason is the fact, that in people’s minds the exhibition slowly establishes itself as an industry get-together, which just didn’t exist in Germany in this way until now. Seeing the completely positive response, the exhibition will surely attract even more visitors in the future.

Steinigke used the Mobile Entertain to introduce its Hybrid series in detail. Important for us: the idea of a multiple effect in this form seems to be liked by many people. The interest in it was enormous. Of course, the lottery was very popular, in which we gave away a Eurolite PUS-5.

We are really happy about being a part of this exhibition. It exudes a pleasant charm between informal and friendly. The visitors stay there for several hours in this relatively small hall. This way, conversations develop, which are deeper than those at the most big events. The carefully composed program of lectures and the „discussions cafe“ are additional factors, which contribute to the friendly character of the Mobile Entertain.

Inner Circle Booth at LDI 2012 Las Vegas included lighting fixtures from EUROLITE, Futurelight and LED control by MADRIX. This was the US debut of the Chip On Board Technology (C.O.B.) from Eurolite and Futurelight.

The COB technology was featured in the EUROLITE 4×4 Perfomance Cluster RGB 16×30, Performance Bar RGB 1×8, 1×4 & 1×8 in 3200K. Also featured were the 100w COB Blinders available in 1×2 and 2×2 in 100W and 50W. Cob Tecnology was also used in the ML-56 100W PARs and the COB Strobes. To showcase the power of MADRIX 3D we installed 100 LED PIXEL Tubes from Eurolite. This LED Chandelier was jaw dropping and was one of the big attractions on the LDI Floor. The NEW MADRIX 3.0 handled this 10 Universe PIXEL Tube install with ease.

For the first, time Steinigke Showtechnic will be represented at the leading tradeshow and conference for live production and live design professionals. Inner Circle Distribution, Steinigke’s exclusive distributor in the USA, presents the latest company products the at the LDI in Las Vegas. 

At the Inner Circle Distribution booth (nr. 1856), the focus will be on COB technology. Steinigke Showtechnic, as well as its American partner, view this as the future of LEDs.

Craig Singer, president of Inner Circle Distribution (ICD), says: “These products have really changed the LED lighting game. COB is going to transform how LEDs are used, how they develop, and ultimately how they are perceived by the industry.”

Important tradeshow in the USA

With more than 300 exhibiting companies and over 8000 visitors from 72 countries, LDI is one of the most important exhibitions in the industry. LDI celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and takes place from October, 19th to October, 21st 2012 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas.
