EUROLITE LED FE-600 RGB DMX : An ocean of beams!

November 10th, 2009 Posted in EUROLITE Tags: , , ,

A spark is enough to trigger off a fire. This means, that small things can have huge impacts as well. It’s an old wisdom which, in the figurative sense, also fits our new LED FE-600. Instead of the spark we got three powerful LEDs (3 watt). The fire finally is displaced by an ocean of beams, which is kind of unique in its own manner. Powered by three small diodes the colorful beams spread all over the room. To control the beam’s movements and the speed of the movements, two possibilities are given. Either via the inbuilt microphone, or with the DMX control. Just as you wish and is appropriate for the occasion. But it doesn’t really matter which setup you choose. The beams exit six lenses and they definitely know how to work the dance floor.

Take me to the next Level! DB-200 2CH Decibel level meter

October 28th, 2009 Posted in OMNITRONIC Tags: ,

Seeing things clearly is often very helpful – not only in the figurative sense. Let’s think of a DJ’s workplace. Surely you will find some small light sources, but in general it’S not brightly illuminated. So sometimes it might get hard to read all instruments properly. The Omnitronic DB-200 can shed light on this darkness. The level meter is designed for displaying the level (two channels) of audio signals and it is equipped with three-color LEDs (40 LEDs per channel). Compared to normal mixers, it’s much easier to read the audio signals as the LED scale is bigger and better arranged. You can even choose between dot or a bargraph display, just as you prefer. But there is one thing besides the benefit for the DJ which we shouldn’t forget to mention. It’s the effect of the LEDs. As eye-catcher at a DJ booth they really show up well.

This level meter is available in silver and black faceplate.

October 27th, 2009 Posted in General Tags: , , , , ,

The power coming out of the jack always is the same and always is clean, isn’t it? Sorry to disappoint you, when you are in agreement with this, because it’s not the case. Power from the jack undergoes fluctuations. Irregularities occur, which might endanger the working process and the devices’ security. But there is an efficient protection, especially for players and the peripheral devices of audio installations in clubs or bars: the APC APC-1500 Audio Power Conditioner. It’s not only “flattening” the power, balancing variations and thus creating ideal conditions – just by a cleaner power a mixer can work more properly and improve the sound. The APC prevents blackouts, brownouts, drop-outs, overvoltage, surge, frequency deviations and the like. Any blackouts can actually be effectively precluded as the the APC’s battery functions as cushion.
