Arttank Berlin

Our LED bars can be used in very different ways. But today, we can show you an application which is quite unique and which shows virtually artificial dimensions.

Art claims, among other things, to surprise and to employ objects which seem to have no artistic value. A perfect example is the company Meisterwerke from Dresden with its ARTTANK system. The idea: to form huge colored surfaces with common plastic ballast or liquid storage tanks having a capacity of 1,000 liters. To get the color into the tanks, Meisterwerke came up with a simple but effective solution. The tanks are illuminated with LED floodlights. The color of the whole installation can then be controlled by DMX. For the realization, the company from Dresden chose Eurolite. To be more precise, the Eurolite LED PIX-24 RGB which is equipped with 24 three watt LEDs. The LEDS are separated into eight segments with three LEDs ( RGB ) each and can be controlled individually.

Consequently, the first locations where the CLA was installed during and shortly after its development stage were sports halls in the vicinity of Würzburg. The CLA was intended to serve as fixed PA system at these locations and if necessary, could be complemented or replaced by a mobile PA system. Hence, our main focus was on vocal transmission and canned music. Initially, we did not urge the use in the rental sector for live shows. Read more »

Eurolite LSD ECO curtains

They are still flexible and very versatile; but now they are also considerably cheaper: the LSD curtains in the new ECO version.

What does ECO mean?

Similar to other fields ECO stands for economy. In our case you can save costs explicitly. This is due to the LED used, as they are not as powerful as the ones from the common LSDs. Surely, the result is a lower power consumption, but much more important: less production costs. They are by far not as expensive thus we can offer the ECO LSD curtains substantially   cheaper.
